RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The festival committee reserves the right to deny parade participation to any individual or group found to be harassing or endangering other participants or spectators.

2. NO candy, balloons, brochures, etc. is to be thrown from a moving vehicle. If you are handing out something, please walk along the curb.

3. Animal entries MUST provide clean up or you will be dismissed / disqualified.

4. Entries are limited to 200 feet in length.

5. Car clubs are limited to 6 vehicles & FFA organizations are limited to 8 tractors.

6. Entries must include completed form, completed waiver, and description. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

I, _______________________________________________________, in consideration for permission and authority to participate in and be a part of the Ligonier Marshmallow Festival Parade, do hereby release, waive and discharge in connection my / our participation in the parade. I knowingly enter into the agreement and understand the significance and consequences. I understand that as a participant in the parade, I can be injured by a fall, actions or inactions of other parade participants or bystanders, imperfections in the street, sidewalks or curbs, hazards from motorized vehicles, and all other hazards. I enter into this release and waiver on behalf of myself and my heirs, descendants, ancestors, dependants, executors, administrators, and assigns.

IT IS MY SPECIFIC INTENT TO RELEASE LIGONIER MARSHMALLOW FESTIVAL, INC. FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH ANYONE AND/OR MYSELF IN MY GROUP IN THE PARADE.
